Booking an appointment
Due to high demand, we recommend booking your next appointment directly in the salon or online via our booking system.
I'm late
Please always call us at the salon
We allow a grace period of 10–15 minutes. After this time, we may not be able to proceed with your appointment, especially if we have another client scheduled. In this case, your deposit will be retained.
Rescheduling
Appointments can be easily rescheduled via your confirmation email using the “reschedule” link.
Cancellation policy
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit.
Deposit refund
If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be refunded within 2–3 business days.
Gift card
We offer gift cards for any occasion. They can be purchased online or directly in the salon.
